RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We at Tizzi aim at the utmost quality and ensure the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship possible.

Cancellation : In case you’d like to cancel your order, we should be notified within 24 hours of ordering. We process all orders within 24 hours of ordering, so no requests would be entertained for cancellation after that. You can drop a mail at clientcare@tizzi.in or Call/WhatsApp on our customer care contact number: +91 9810905039 to inform us within the given window.

SWIMWEAR:

Swimwear is an ‘intimate wear’ category due to which any returns/exchanges/refunds are not possible.

Since swimwear is under the ‘intimate wear’ category, we cannot entertain any exchange or return requests. 

Exchange & Return/Refund: For swimwear, we will not accept any exchange requests or process any returns/refunds. Hygiene is of utmost importance & priority, here at Tizzi.

Customised Orders: No return/refund requests will be accepted for customised order pieces. In case of alterations, the client will have to send the piece to our given address after informing our team via mail at clientcare@tizzi.in or +91 9810905039. Tizzi will not provide a pick-up or drop-off service for the alteration of piece(s).

RESORT WEAR:

Exchange & Return/Refund: We do not provide any returns/refunds for resort wear. We only provide an exchange of size in case of a sizing issue. We cannot exchange the piece with another style.

The resort wear can be exchanged under the following circumstances:

  • The piece has to be sent to our head office within 7 days of delivery by the client. Tizzi will not arrange pick-up & drop-off.
  • The garment is sent back in perfect condition with tags, etc
  • Any embellishments and zips are not tampered with
  • Any other tampering with the garment has not been done

In case of an exchange, the pieces have to be sent back to our warehouse at the address below:

CANCELLATION
